Pork Belly


Roasted or braised pork belly is one of the world’s greatest things ever. In many cultures, pork belly is either braised or roasted and then pan-seared so the texture has both crispiness and softness. It is often accompanied with sides that are very sharp in flavour (i.e. pickled veg, sauerkraut, kimchi etc.)

Cooking Tips
Oven roasts slowly on a low heat for 3-4 hours, for a Sunday roast.

600-gram packages are boneless and skinless.

Pork Belly is raw and fatty.

Content: 70% fat, 30% pork meat but some may include bones.
