Ingredients: pork with rind, salt, glucose syrup, dextrose, caramelized sugar, and spice extracts.

Plain (Eisbein)
Ingredients: pork with rind, salt, glucose syrup, dextrose, preservative: sodium nitrite, spice extracts.

Heating Instructions:
If you want to achieve a crispy rind cook in the oven.

OVEN: Remove the wrapper and place the knuckle in an oven heated to 200 °C and set the grill function. Bake for about 30-40 minutes (depending on size) until the crust is lightly golden.

MICROWAVE: To simply heat and eat remove the wrapper and heat in the microwave for 7 minutes (600 watts).

Pork Knuckle is shipped fresh with a vacuum pack.
