How do I place an order on Isthambul.com?
Placing an order on Isthambul is simple. Just follow these steps:
1- My Account (Login / Register) in the upper right-hand corner of Isthambul.com. If you’re a returning Isthambul.com member, first click Login and then please enter your email address and password.
If you have not registered on Isthambul yet, first click on “My Account”. Then click ‘Register‘ on the page that opens. Set a username, then enter your email address and your choice of password. You’re now ready to start shopping!
If you do not receive the confirmation message within a few minutes of signing up
2-Once you’re signed up, you can begin shopping! Search for merchandise by selecting a product category on the right-hand side of the page, or by using the search box with the name of an item or its item number.
3-When you find an item you’d like to purchase, first choose the weight (kg) and then your quantity and select “Add to Cart.” You’ll then receive a notification confirming that the item has been added to your cart. You can continue shopping or if you’re done shopping and ready to checkout, select “View Cart.”
4-When you’re done shopping and ready to checkout, select “Cart” at the top right corner of the page, then select “Proceed to Checkout.”
5-Enter your shipping and payment information, then select Shipping type!
6-Carefully review your order then select “Place Order.”
7-After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number.

Which cities do you ship to?
We ship to anywhere in Turkey! Ankara, İzmir, Muğla, Antalya, Bursa, Çanakkale, Eskişehir and more cities ….. Please visit the Teslimat ve Kargo .
We only accept credit cards and bank transfers for orders placed outside of Istanbul. There is no cash payment option. The minimum order amount is 1000₺.

When will I receive my order?
We deliver direct to your door with moto courier, order today before 11:00am and we deliver the same day within Istanbul. Moto courier deliveries on Monday to Saturday.
Other Cities
If you are ordering from outside of Istanbul, we send your package to your address with Yurtici Cargo.
If your order contains frozen products and you have chosen dry ice delivery, you must order 1 day in advance. For example, if you ordered on Monday, we will send your package on Tuesday with Yurtici Kargo! Cargo deliveries are from Monday to Thursday. We do not ship to addresses with transit times of 2 days or more on Thursday.
It may take 1-3 days for your package to reach your address, depending on the city you are in. Please visit yurticikargo for distance calculations and details.
After submitting your order, we will send an order tracking number to your email address.

How can I check the status of my Isthambul order?
You’ll find the status of your Isthambul.com orders by selecting My Orders within “My Account.” Or, you can click Order Tracking near the bottom of the Isthambul.com homepage and sign in with your email address and password.
If the Order Status still shows “Processing,” your order is still being processed. It’ll change to “Completed” once it’s turned over to the shipper and has tracking information available. Simply click the order number for more detailed information.
Where are your products from?
We have multiple suppliers. These consist of licensed manufacturers and importers.
We are currently working with more than 10 suppliers, some of whom are only importers and some are local manufacturers that have been producing in the pork business for many years. We also work with several different cheese importers. As Isthambul, we mediate the sales of the products of our suppliers, all of which are legal producers and certified in the pork industry. All the products we offer for sale on our website are stored by our suppliers. We have an innovative vision and from customer feedback, we are constantly seeking to expand the range of our products.
Rest assured all health and hygiene conditions are supervised by the Ministry of Agriculture in Turkey.
How do we deliver in hot weather in Istanbul?
We use ice blocks in our delivery boxes. We also keep all delivery boxes in Icebox. Your order is delivered to your address in 4-6 hours (in Istanbul) by our courier so will not defrost before it is delivered to you.
I ordered from outside of Istanbul. How do you ship the products?
We work with Yurtiçi Kargo for your orders outside of Istanbul. We deliver your orders every day from Monday to Thursday.
If you have ordered frozen products please note that whilst every care is taken to package these including ice blocks there is a risk they may defrost.
If you ordered outside of Istanbul (from Ankara or any other city), you are entirely responsible for tracking your order. The day after you receive your order tracking code from us, you should call the cargo company branch and check whether your order can be delivered. If necessary, you should go and get your package yourself from the cargo branch. If for some reason your order is delayed and the products have defrosted, never refreeze. Keep them in the fridge and consume them within 48 hours. You can also put them back in the freezer after cooking.
If you haven’t ordered frozen products, you should not have any problems for up to 48 hours.
Isthambul can not accept any liability if products defrost due to unforeseen delays with the cargo company.

I ordered from outside of Istanbul. Will the cargo company deliver to my address?
Yes, your order should be delivered to your address by Yurtici Cargo. However, some addresses may be outside of Yurtici Cargo’s delivery area. This situation is rare but if this is the case you may need to pick up your package from the branch.
Please check the status of your package on Yurtici Kargo’s website using the tracking number.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure products arrive frozen if there are any unforeseen delays in cargo we cannot accept responsibility if products defrost.
How can I find the closest Yurtiçi Kargo branch to my address?
We highly recommend that you collect your cargo from the nearest Yurtici Kargo branch on hot days. If you don’t know where your nearest branch is, click on the link we’ve provided below.

Once you’re there, write your neighborhood name (MAHALLE) on the page that appears and choose the district (İLÇE) that suits you. With this simple process, you will have all the information you need about the branch closest to you.
When you place an order, please let us know that you want delivery to the Yurtici Kargo branch nearest to you. You can do this quickly by writing your request in the Notes section. For example, you can write something like “I want my order to be delivered to Yurtici Cargo Yalikavak Branch”.
We will promptly send your package to the branch you have specified. This way, you can go to your chosen branch and collect your package yourself, without having to wait for long periods of time and before your products have thawed.
How do I redeem my points at Isthambul?
No minimum or maximum to redeem.
To use your points, you can click on the “Use Points – APPLY DISCOUNTS” link on the payment page.. There is no minimum or maximum point limit, so you can use as many or as few points as you want.
For every 100 TL worth of shopping you do on our website, you will earn 1 point. You can view the points you have earned on the “My Account > My Points” page. To use your points, just click on “APPLY DISCOUNT” in the “Use Points” section at the top of the Checkout page. You can use all or part of the points in your account during checkout.
On this screen, you can enter the amount of points you want to use and then press the OK button. The system will automatically deduct your points from your total order amount.
Please note that you cannot use your points with the Cash on Delivery discount. You must select one of these discounts.
Unused points will be automatically removed after 365 days.
Why don’t you have phone support?
Currently, we are working mostly with the expat residents in Turkey. We have no phone support at the moment. That’s why we have a WhatsApp line. We speak English and Turkish.
Payment Information
How do I pay for my order?
We accept international credit cards and “cash on delivery” (for Istanbul only). Pay by cash and get 5% discount.
Do you have another payment method?
If you are having a problem with payment, please contact us without hesitation.
Why does my credit card statement show my order amount in USD?
Our website displays prices in Turkish Lira (₺). If you choose Cash on Delivery in Istanbul, you will pay the exact amount in Turkish Lira.
However, if you pay with a credit card or debit card, your bank or credit card company may automatically convert the amount to USD based on their currency conversion policies.
This conversion is handled by your bank or credit card provider and is not controlled by us and may appear as a USD charge on your statement.
Can I pay via PayPal?
Yes, you can. If you don’t have a Turkish bank card and are having trouble paying with an international card, you can now make your payments to our PayPal account on our website.
Here’s how to place your order via PayPal in 4 steps:
1. Add a note at checkout saying “I want to pay via PayPal.”
2. Select bank transfer as the payment type and complete your order.
3. We will send you the total amount of your order in GBP to your email.
4. You can easily pay your total order amount by scanning the QR code or PayPal payment link that we will send you.

REFUNDS
Sorry, but due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns.
The cargo company couldn’t find me at home. Will I get a refund?
No. We regret to state that delays or problems with cargo are outside the scope of our company’s responsibility and therefore will not refund for failed cargo deliveries.
We will pack your order as promised and we will send it to your address with Yurtici Cargo. You will receive the order tracking number by email on the day we deliver your package to Yurtici Kargo.
The day after you receive your order tracking code from us, you should call the cargo company branch and check whether your order can be delivered. If necessary, you should go and get your package yourself from the cargo branch.
Once we hand your package to Yurtici Kargo it is your responsibility to coordinate delivery or collection. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about the courier company finding you at home.
We regret to state that delays or problems with cargo are outside the scope of our company’s responsibility and therefore will not refund for failed cargo deliveries.
