We have two different delivery options for Istanbul:

1-One-Day Delivery (Distance Shipping): Order before 11 am Monday to Saturday. There is no delivery on Sundays or public holidays.
2-Yurtici Kargo for districts in greater Istanbul: Orders are sent Monday to Thursday via Yurtici Kargo!

ONE-DAY DELIVERY (Distance Shipping):
Monday to Saturday, order before 11:00 am and we will deliver the same day. There is no delivery on Sundays or public holidays.
Door-to-door delivery of fresh meat is currently available in Istanbul. We carry fresh and frozen products and deliver all over Istanbul – The minimum order amount is 1000₺.

If the order is made (Monday to Saturday) before 11 am then the order will be delivered the same day. If it is made after 11 am the order will be delivered the following day. No deliveries on Sunday or public holidays!  If you place your order after 11 am on Saturday, your order will be delivered on Monday.

One-Day Delivery – Delivery cost:
The price varies depending on your district.
The fee is calculated automatically according to your distance.

One-Day Delivery prices (Approx):

European Side of Istanbul
Districts: Beyoğlu, Şişli, Beşiktaş, Fatih, Kağıthane: 250,00₺-300.00₺

Asian Side of Istanbul
Districts: Üsküdar, Kadıköy, Ataşehir, Ümraniye: 275.00₺-350.00₺

Other districts: When you enter your address on the checkout page, you can see the One-Day Delivery fee, which will be calculated automatically.

Delivery Times:
We deliver directly to your door.

Istanbul: One-Day Delivery is not available on Sundays or public holidays.

We provide daily deliveries between 12:00-19:00 through our courier service. Please note that we do not make deliveries on Sundays.

We cannot give an exact delivery time for your orders. However, for deliveries by One-Day Delivery, we will email you an approximate delivery window from 12 pm (noon) onwards.

*If the order is made before 11 am, then the order will be delivered the same day. If it is made after 11 am, the order will be delivered the following business day (Except on Sunday).

Istanbul European side: Silivri, Çatalca, Arnavutköy, Büyükçekmece, Küçükçekmece, Beylikdüzü, Esenyurt, Başakşehir, Avcılar.
Istanbul Asian side: Çekmeköy, Sancaktepe, Sultanbeyli, Pendik, Tuzla, Şile, Adalar.

Please note that whilst every care is taken to pack your order with dry ice in a foam box we cannot accept any liability if courier times take longer or products to defrost particularly during summer months.

For frozen products, we recommend using dry ice in the cargo package. This cost 390 TL.
If the order is only fresh products: we can use ice blocks in the cargo package. This cost 350 TL.
For both options, all products are sent in foam boxes.

Other Cities

We ship anywhere in Turkey! Free shipping over 5000₺. 

If you have ordered frozen products, please note that whilst every care is taken to package these including with ice blocks/dry ice, there is a risk they may defrost.

We recommend picking up your cargo from your cargo branch, especially on hot summer days. (Cargo branch/tracking code information will be sent to you by e-mail)

We only accept cards and bank transfers for orders placed outside of Istanbul. There is no cash payment option. The minimum order amount is 1000 TL.

If your package has not been delivered to you within 2 days after receiving the tracking code from us, please go to your Yurtici Kargo branch and collect your package.

You will not receive any refunds if the products are spoiled due to cargo delays.

Please note: We do not ship to addresses with transit times of 2 days or more on Thursday.

We send orders by Yurtiçi Kargo to other provinces. We will send the orders you place before midnight to the Cargo company the next day.
If we send on Friday, there is a risk of your order not being delivered the next day, as cargo companies work a half-day on Saturday. As your order contains frozen products, we do not want to take this risk. If you order after 11:59 pm (midnight) on Wednesday, we will deliver your order to Yurtiçi Kargo on Monday. We do not ship to addresses with transit times of 2 days or more on Thursday.

Your order will be sent in a heat-resistant foam box with ice packs or dry ice (you can choose on the checkout page) inside. If you have ordered frozen products, please note that whilst every care is taken to package these, including ice blocks/dry ice, there is a risk they may defrost.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
If the cargo company is unable to deliver your package for any reason, you may be required to visit the nearest Yurtici Kargo branch to collect it yourself. If you do not have access to a branch (if you are unable to use a bus, minibus, or car to reach the branch), we strongly advise against placing an order on our website.

The cargo company couldn’t find me at home. Will I get a refund?
Sorry, no. We will pack your order as promised, and we will send it to your address with Yurtici Cargo. You will receive the order tracking number by email on the day we deliver your package to Yurtici Kargo.

The day after you receive your order tracking code from us, you should call the cargo company branch and check whether your order can be delivered. If necessary, you should go and get your package yourself from the cargo branch.

Once we hand your package to Yurtici Kargo, it is your responsibility to coordinate delivery or collection. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about the courier company finding you at home.
We regret to state that delays or problems with cargo are outside the scope of our company’s responsibility and therefore will not refund for failed cargo deliveries.

How do we deliver in the hot weather in Istanbul?
We use ice blocks in our delivery boxes. We also keep all delivery boxes in an ice box. Your order only stays in delivery transit for a 3-4 hours, so it won’t thaw before it reaches you.

We do not currently have a physical store. We only operate online so we do not deliver from our office, Please order from our website.
