What is the minimum order amount?
The minimum order amount is 1000 TL. We only accept orders over 1000 TL on our website.
Which shipping type should I choose?
We have two different delivery options for Istanbul:
1-Moto Courier: Same Day Delivery
2-Cargo for districts in greater Istanbul: Orders are sent Monday to Thursday via Yurtici Kargo!
For your orders from other cities, there is only a delivery option with Yurtici Kargo. Orders are sent Monday to Thursday! Please note: We do not ship to addresses with transit times of 2 days or more on Thursday.
Which delivery option to choose at checkout if I order frozen products?
ISTANBUL:
We recommend using the Moto Courier-Same Day Delivery option for frozen and fresh products within Istanbul. We deliver on the same day.
OTHER CITIES:
If you’re planning to order frozen products, it’s important to select the appropriate delivery type at checkout. We partner with Yurtiçi Kargo, a third-party cargo company, to deliver your packages to other cities. Once your package is prepared and shipped to your address, Yurtiçi Kargo usually takes 1-3 days for delivery.
When choosing Yurtiçi Kargo as your delivery option, please note the following guidelines:
– If you’re ordering only fresh products, please select Yurtiçi Kargo FRESH delivery.
– If you’re ordering only frozen products, please select Yurtiçi Kargo FROZEN delivery.
– If you’re ordering both fresh and frozen products, please select Yurtiçi Kargo FROZEN delivery.
If you order frozen products but choose Yurtiçi Kargo FRESH delivery, we won’t add dry ice to your package. When placing an order, please keep in mind that your products may spoil, particularly on hot days.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the cargo company is unable to deliver your package for any reason, you may be required to visit the nearest Yurtici Kargo branch to collect it yourself. If you do not have access to a branch (if you are unable to use a bus, minibus, or car to reach the branch), we strongly advise against placing an order on our website.
If I choose Yurtiçi Kargo for my address in Istanbul, will you deliver it via a moto courier?
No, we will not deliver it by moto courier. However, if there is another delivery scheduled in your area on the same day, we can arrange to send your package with a moto courier.
If there are no moto courier deliveries in your area, we will send your package using Yurtiçi Kargo instead.
What is the delivery cost?
1-Moto Courier: SAME-DAY DELIVERY (provides service only in Istanbul)
The price varies depending on your district. The Courier fee is calculated automatically according to your distance. Same-day courier prices (Approx): Beyoğlu, Şişli, Beşiktaş, Fatih, Kağıthane: 250,00₺-300.00₺ Üsküdar, Kadıköy, Ataşehir, Ümraniye: 275.00₺-350.00₺
2- Yurtici Kargo (Other Cities):
For frozen products, we recommend using dry ice in the cargo package. This cost 390 TL.
If the order is only fresh products: we can use ice blocks in the cargo package. This cost 300 TL.
For both options, all products are sent in foam boxes.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
Yes, we do accept cash on delivery for orders within Istanbul. However, this option is only available if you select delivery via Moto Courier. If you choose delivery through Yurtici Kargo, you won’t have the cash payment option available at the door.
When will I receive my order in Istanbul?
We deliver directly to your door with a Moto courier. Order today before 11:00 am and we deliver the same day within Istanbul. If it is made after 11 am the order will be delivered the following day. Moto courier deliveries are from Monday to Saturday. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
Will the moto courier deliver my package at the time I want in Istanbul?
Sadly no. We understand that you might be curious about the delivery time of your package, but please bear in mind that it is difficult for us to provide an exact time as our courier’s route is subject to change. However, to ensure that you receive your package successfully, we suggest that you arrange for us to leave it at the reception or with a trusted neighbour if you won’t be available to receive it in person.
If you would like us to deliver your package to a specific person such as your neighbor, doorman, site security person or receptionist, simply leave us a note when placing your order. We will gladly take care of the rest and ensure your package reaches the correct recipient.
If I order from outside Istanbul will the cargo company deliver to my address?
Yes, your order should be delivered to your address by Yurtici Cargo. However, some addresses may be outside of Yurtici Cargo’s delivery area. This situation is rare but if this is the case you may need to pick up your package from the branch.
What is the best day to order from outside Istanbul?
The best day to order from outside Istanbul is Sunday. Thus, we will supply your dry ice and send your package to your address by cargo on Monday. Additionally, Tuesdays and Wednesdays (before 11 a.m.) are the other best days to order from outside Istanbul.
If you order on Sunday:
Ankara-Izmir-Antalya: You will receive your package on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Bodrum, Marmaris, Fethiye: You will receive your package on Wednesday or Thursday.
When we send your package to your address by cargo, you will see the cargo tracking number on the My Account page/we will also notify you by email.
Please follow the status of your package on the Yurticikargo website. If you think everything is not okay, you should go to your branch and collect your package yourself.
If you have ordered frozen products please note that whilst every care is taken to package these including with ice blocks/dry ice there is a risk they may defrost. We recommend that you pick up your cargo from your cargo branch, especially on hot summer days.
If I choose dry ice for my order from outside Istanbul, will it be shipped on the same day?
Sadly, no. If we have sufficient dry ice available, and we receive your order before 11 am, we will dispatch your package (Monday to Thursday) on the same day. However, if we do not have enough dry ice, we will ship your package the following day. (We do not ship to addresses with transit times of 2 days or more on Thursday.)
If the cargo company couldn’t find me at home will I get a refund?
Sorry, no. We regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund for failed cargo deliveries as delays or problems with cargo are outside the scope of our company’s responsibility.
Please note that our company’s responsibility is limited to packing and sending your order to your given address with Yurtici Kargo.
You will receive an email/or SMS containing the order tracking number once we deliver your package to the courier company. We recommend checking the cargo company’s website regularly to see if your order can be delivered, and if necessary, going to the cargo branch to pick it up yourself.
In Turkey, cargo companies usually provide efficient services for shipping packages between their branches. However, sometimes there are challenges faced during the final leg of delivery, which is commonly known as last-mile delivery. In such cases, the fastest and most rational solution would be to request us to send your package to the branch closest to your location. This way, you can ensure timely and hassle-free delivery of your package.
How many days will it take for my order from outside Istanbul to be delivered?
1-3 days.
If you ordered for delivery via Yurtiçi Kargo you are entirely responsible for tracking your order.
We strongly advise you to collect your package from the cargo branch immediately upon your package’s arrival at the branch.
Please follow the status of your package on the Yurticikargo website. If you think everything is not okay, you should go to your branch and collect your package yourself.

If you are hesitant to pay by credit card, we accept cash on delivery (you can pay at your door in Istanbul). In addition, you always have the option to use the bank transfer option.

How do you calculate Moto Courier fees?
The Moto Courier fee is calculated using the distance measurement provided by Google Maps.
Please write your address in the first address field at checkout as Neighborhood (Mahalle), Street name and Building Number, respectively. Your address will automatically open in a window by Google Maps. Select your address by clicking on it in the window that opens.
Please enter your missing address information in the second address line.
Finally, select your Province and write your District name.
When you select your province as Istanbul, the delivery type with Moto Courier will be selectable.
Please note: If your address is incomplete, you may have to pay an extra moto courier fee.
Do you have a store in Istanbul?
We don’t have any store yet. We operate only online. You can order via our website 24/7. Soon, some of our products will be available in shops across Turkey. We will announce this soon.
