Parmigiano Reggiano DOP is known as The King of Cheeses, as it is the result of a long tradition, extensive experience, and know-how, handed down from one generation to the next within a specific Italian region.
The integrity of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese has been presided over for over seventy years by an official Consortium. This cheese has been loved and appreciated for over nine centuries for its inimitable flavour. It is highly concentrated, as it contains only 30% water and 70% nutrients: extraordinary and completely natural.
The minimum ageing time is 12 months. All cheeses are shipped fresh.
