If you aren’t sure which method to use, we strongly recommend boiling your lobster tails because it’s your best bet to avoid the tails sticking to the shell.
For a 4-ounce lobster tail, cooking time will range from 4-8 minutes.
For a 6-ounce lobster tail, cooking time will range from 6-9 minutes.
For an 8-ounce lobster tail, cooking time will range from 8-11 minutes.
