Texture, size and flavour
Using eggs from only the freshest fish in our farms, the Osetra caviar of the SILVER LINE series comes from the most common type of sturgeon: the Siberian sturgeon. With eggs that are smaller in size to those of our Golden and Platinum Lines, you will find its flavour to be mild and subtle, with almost no fish notes to be detected. Its colour ranges from dark grey to black, perfectly suiting the “black gold” denomination that usually accompanies caviar and indicating once more the intensity of the experience your taste buds are about to discover.

Russian Osetra Caviar SILVER LINE offers a great pairing with champagne, the combination of flavours working perfectly to highlight the delicacy of the sturgeon eggs. Ossetra Caviar looks solid, but both the size (up to 2 – 2.5 mm) and the colour of the sturgeon roe can be seen through the packaging, allowing the customer to know exactly why you are taking home. Served in a pearl spoon, this entrée is one of the most popular dishes around the world, with both high-cuisine and local tradition keeping it as one of its more delicate ingredients.
