How to Cook
Preheat the oven to 200°C and roast the turkey for 30 minutes. Drop the temperature to 160°C and cook for a further 60 minutes. Please note: Remember that all ovens cook differently. The core temperature must reach at least 72°C during cooking. Please check it constantly during cooking to avoid burning. If necessary, wrap it in baking paper to prevent the top from burning.
