How to cook (at home, perfectly):
Temper: Bring steak to room temp (30–45 min). Pat very dry.
Sear: Hot cast-iron, tiny film of neutral oil. Salt just before.
Cook: 45–90 sec per side, baste with its own rendered fat.
Rest & slice: 5–7 min rest. Slice into 1–2 cm strips.
Target: 50–53°C (medium-rare). A5 eats best in smaller portions.
Serve with: flakey sea salt, plain rice or potatoes, simple greens. Let the beef shine.

Dinlendirin ve dilimleyin: 5-7 dk dinlendirin. 1-2 cm’lik ÅŸeritler halinde dilimleyin.
Hedef: 50-53°C (orta-az pişmiş).
A5, daha küçük porsiyonlarda daha iyi yenir.
